Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with the solutions department to develop and propose value-added, creative interactive strategies and presentations for pitches to convert clients. - Research and monitor Digital & New Media industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance current offerings. - Lead end-to-end coordination and execution with respective brands, ensuring timely and effective communication within the internal team to meet client timelines. - Brainstorm with team members to select creative ideas for advancing campaigns and pitches, contributing to decisions for creative buckets. - Partner with cross-functional teams to produce original work for diverse audiences. - Identify business opportunities and challenges, offering solutions tailored to meet business needs. - Conduct overall quality checks on content written by juniors periodically. Qualifications - Possess 4+ years of robust work experience, ideally in an advertising or interactive agency, along with an impressive portfolio. - Strengths lie in strategic brainstorming, campaign development, creative brief development, and creative execution. - Sharp writing skills are complemented by experience in developing copy for various media channels. - Deep understanding of social and digital media platforms is a distinct advantage.
