Creative Lead

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and highly skilled Creative Lead with a strong background in videography, photography, and video editing to drive the visual storytelling and creative direction of our brand. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, visionary leadership qualities, and a proven ability to conceptualise, produce, and oversee impactful multimedia content across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the creative development and execution of visual content for digital campaigns, social media, advertising, and internal communications.

2. Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos and photographs aligned with brand goals and project requirements.

3. Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and design teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.

4. Manage a creative team (designers, editors, freelancers) and oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

5. Develop storyboards, scripts, and production schedules for video and photo shoots.

6. Maintain brand consistency while innovating and pushing creative boundaries.

7. Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure cutting-edge content creation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in videography, photography, and video editing (with a strong portfolio).

2. Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, etc.

3. Strong understanding of lighting, camera equipment, and post-production processes.

4. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.

5. Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

6. Creative thinker with attention to detail and a keen eye for visual storytelling.

7. Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.

8. A degree/diploma in Film, Media, Communication, Design, or a related field is a plus.

Preferred Qualities:

1. Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

2. Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, or sound design is an added advantage.

3. Strategic mindset with the ability to align creative ideas with business objectives.
