We are looking for a Creative Lead – Content & Design who will strengthen this foundation by leading our unified creative function — guiding both content and design teams toward excellence with a focus on craft, clarity, and impactful storytelling.


This role is both strategic and hands-on. It requires a leader who can shape narratives, elevate visual direction, mentor talent across disciplines, and ensure that every creative output — whether internal or client-facing — reflects thoughtful strategy, cohesive storytelling, and high-quality execution.


Key Responsibilities


Creative & Brand Direction

  • Define and evolve brand voice, visual language, and creative frameworks across all platforms.
  • Translate business goals into strong creative concepts that integrate both content strategy and design systems.
  • Drive narrative-led creative direction to ensure content and design deliver a unified brand experience.
  • Ensure creative execution aligns with brand positioning, audience insights, and communication standards.

Content + Design Collaboration

  • Partner with writers and designers to build cohesive storytelling across campaigns, websites, and brand assets.
  • Lead ideation sessions to generate strong concepts, messaging angles, and visual approaches.
  • Guide UI/UX direction for websites, product visuals, landing pages, and digital experiences.
  • Oversee content frameworks, messaging guidelines, and the integration of content with visual design.

Team Leadership & Mentorship

  • Lead a multidisciplinary team of content writers, editors, visual designers, and UI/UX designers.
  • Provide structured reviews, actionable feedback, and ongoing creative direction to strengthen team output.
  • Build templates, systems, and workflows that elevate clarity, consistency, and creative quality at scale.
  • Mentor both content and design talent — including supporting team members with limited English fluency or junior creative thinkers.
  • Foster a collaborative, supportive, and growth-driven creative culture.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with SEO, development, marketing, project management, and leadership teams.
  • Align creative requirements with project timelines, resourcing, and delivery expectations.
  • Participate in client-facing creative presentations, reviews, and pitches when required.
  • Ensure smooth handoff between content, design, and development teams.

Quality Standards & Delivery

  • Review all creative deliverables for clarity, coherence, usability, and brand alignment.
  • Maintain high creative standards while managing revisions, timelines, and workflow dependencies.
  • Use analytics, SEO insights, user behavior, and performance feedback to refine creative direction.
  • Ensure that content tone, structure, and visual style remain consistent across all platforms and assets.


Desired Skills

  • 7+ years of combined experience in content, design, or integrated creative roles; minimum 3–4 years in a leadership position.
  • Strong understanding of digital storytelling, brand communication, UX fundamentals, and visual design principles.
  • Ability to lead and integrate both content and design functions effectively.
  • Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent communication and structured review approach.
  • Experience working in agency, global, or B2B environments (US market preferred).
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on creative involvement.
  • Comfort with AI-powered creative tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney/Firefly/DALL·E, Figma AI, Canva AI).


Nice to Have

  • Experience collaborating with development teams and understanding handoff processes.
  • Familiarity with WordPress/Webflow/Elementor and basic HTML/CSS.
  • Experience building brand systems, design libraries, templates, and SOPs.
  • Prior experience in SaaS, technology, or marketing agency environments.
  • Ability to contribute to marketing strategy, social media storytelling, and campaign planning.
