Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Front Office Manager. The Front Office Manager will oversee daily front office operations, ensuring smooth customer interactions and exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities include managing office administration, coordinating staff schedules, addressing guest inquiries, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment, and resolving customer concerns promptly and efficiently. The role requires effective communication with the team and other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Office Administration and Front Office operations
• Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent Communication skills for both customer interactions and teamwork
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience in the hospitality or event management industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
