Creative Lead

As a creative fashion-forward individual, you have the exciting opportunity to shape the aesthetic direction of noon's fashion vertical with originality and bold thinking. Your primary responsibility will be to drive the creative vision for in-house fashion collections across mens, womens, or kids categories. This involves translating fashion trends into commercially viable, on-brand designs and overseeing seasonal mood boards, sketches, and collection plans in alignment with the brand ethos. - Collaborate closely with merchandising, buying, production, and content teams to bring your designs to life - from concept to customer - Ensure all collections resonate with regional cultural nuances and customer preferences - Play a pivotal role in mentoring and guiding junior designers, providing feedback and creative direction to help them grow in their roles Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in fashion design, preferably within e-commerce or a fast-paced brand environment - Strong portfolio showcasing fashion collections, styling direction, and visual storytelling - Deep understanding of fabrics, fits, silhouettes, and color theory - Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across different functions - Experience in designing for Middle Eastern consumers would be advantageous The ideal candidate for this role is someone with strong design instincts and a unique point of view, a detail-oriented individual with the ability to manage multiple collections and timelines efficiently, a cultural enthusiast who stays updated on the latest fashion trends and street style, and a collaborative team player who thrives in dynamic environments while delivering results with clarity.,
