This leadership role requires a deep passion for the Romantasy/ Romance Drama/Crime Thriller Genre.

What You'll Be Leading

• Lead show launches and retention in the genre you apply for

  Crime Thriller, Romantasy, or Romance/Drama

• Adapt long-form fiction into high-impact serialized scripts with strong US cultural localization
• Maintain high editorial quality across a fast-paced pipeline (40–60+ chapters/week)
• Mentor and guide a team of Writers to elevate genre-specific storytelling

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years in fiction/editorial, with 2+ years in a team lead/managerial role
• Strong expertise or deep passion for any one (or more) of the genres:

  Crime Thriller, Romantasy, or Romance/Drama

• Excellent understanding of US cultural nuances and audience expectations
• Strong editorial instincts and experience with long-form or serialized storytelling
• Comfortable working with tech-enabled and AI-powered writing workflows
