Creative Lead

As a Creative Lead at DigiCrackers, you will be the driving force behind shaping brands, telling stories, and building campaigns that cut through the noise. Your role will involve leading a talented team of designers, video editors, and copywriters to ensure that DigiCrackers" work stands out across industries. You will work closely with the founder to push boundaries and make a significant impact in a fast-paced agency environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own and drive creative strategy across all client accounts and internal projects - Oversee the creation of brand identities, design systems, and guidelines - Conceptualize and lead integrated campaigns across digital, print, and offline mediums - Work with copywriters and content strategists to align messaging with visuals - Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure websites and digital platforms are functional, aesthetic, and on-brand - Manage and mentor designers, video editors, and copywriters to push for excellence - Present creative ideas to clients, justify decisions with insights, and align with business objectives - Stay ahead of design, content, and campaign trends to bring fresh ideas to the table **Qualifications Required:** - 7+ years of creative experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role - Experience leading creative projects across multiple mediums such as brand identity, campaigns, digital, content, design, and video - Strong sense of design aesthetics, storytelling, and understanding of how creativity drives business outcomes - Ability to build, mentor, and inspire a creative team - Proficiency in leading client pitches, presentations, and workshops - Passion for raising the creative bar every day DigiCrackers values freedom & responsibility, feedback & transparency, teamwork, and career growth.
