Creative Lead

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Production Creative Lead to elevate the creative output of our Delhi Studio. This role oversees photography, video production, styling direction, and post-production quality, while leading a high-performing creative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own creative quality across catalog, editorial, and video shoots
• Translate briefs into strong, trend-aligned visual concepts
• Lead and mentor photographers, videographers, stylists & editors
• Drive creative direction on-set and in post-production
• Attend client briefings and ensure alignment on creative outcomes
• Create pitch decks, moodboards, and concepts for business growth
• Collaborate with operations to plan efficient shoot workflows
• Integrate AI tools to improve output quality and speed
• Build case studies and showcase studio work across channels

Qualifications:

• 6–10+ years in creative leadership roles in studio environments
• Strong portfolio in photography/videography
• Experience leading teams in high-volume setups
• Deep understanding of fashion/e-commerce trends
• Excellent communication & client-handling skills
• Familiarity with AI creative workflows is a bonus
