The Impact Engine is a fast-paced digital marketing agency based in Pune, dedicated to building strong brands and delivering high-impact digital experiences. We are expanding our creative team and looking for a dynamic Creative Lead who can take charge of design excellence and team leadership.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creative team (graphic designers, UI/UX designers, video editors) and oversee daily creative operations.
  
• Conceptualize and execute high-quality creatives for digital campaigns, branding projects, and client pitches.
  
• Ensure all design and video output aligns with brand guidelines and client objectives.
  
• Review, provide feedback, and approve creative work before delivery.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective project execution.
  
• Maintain consistency in brand identity across all assets and platforms.
  
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high creative standards.
  
• Stay updated with industry trends, design innovations, and new tools.
  
• Mentor and guide team members, improving their skills and performance.
  

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in design/branding roles, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or senior creative position.
  
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital design, campaign creatives, and video direction (preferred).
  
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Canva, and video guidelines.
  
• Ability to think conceptually and deliver inspiring creative ideas.
  
• Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment and meet tight deadlines.
  
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
