Creative Lead

Our client is a food brand startup selling across all major e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms, their own website, and retail stores. We are looking for a creative strategist having minimum 3-4 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize new ad ideas and formats to test across channels and categories.

Deliver the Category Campaign calendar (work primiarily on ideation and campaign) supported by an execution team to deliver.

Strong copywriting skills to write compelling scripts and ad copies. Copy that resonates with potential consumers and makes them try the products.

Deliver on Merchandise and Merchandise networks.

Collaborate with both internal and external partners to deliver the campaign JTBDs set for the year as well as associated impact properties that support core campaigns

Stay updated on platform trends & industry best practices. Keep up with algorithm changes, new ad formats, and platform updates to stay ahead of competitors.

Required Skills:

Sharp instinct for identifying and refining conversion-driven design.

Past experience in copywriting and conducting campaign and creative design for a consumer brand

Sharp understanding of and curiosity about consumer behaviour, motivations, and trends.

Ability to analyse creatives based on performance marketing data and platform metrics
