Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Relations Executive located in Chennai. The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for welcoming and assisting guests, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key duties include managing reception desk activities, providing exceptional customer service, building strong client relationships, and supporting sales initiatives. The role also involves liaising with various departments to ensure smooth event coordination and delivering a delightful guest experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Guest Relations and Customer Service skills to create memorable experiences and maintain client satisfaction
• Excellent Communication skills with an ability to effectively engage with clients and handle inquiries
• Proficiency in Sales and a customer-focused approach to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
• Experience with Receptionist Duties, managing front-of-house activities, and coordinating guest needs
• Well-organized with attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
• Proficient in time management and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment
• Prior experience in the hospitality or events industry is a plus
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Tamil or other local languages will be advantageous
