Guest Relations Executive

As a Guest Relation Officer for OPD IPD Coordinator, your primary role will involve meeting new admission or transferred in patients immediately upon their arrival in the ward. Your responsibility will be to welcome all admissions or transferred in patients and ensure they are comfortable and settled in the ward. Additionally, you will inform the dietetics department about the admission or transfer to prevent any delays in food and beverage services. Key Responsibilities: - Meet new admissions or transferred in patients and ensure their comfort and settlement in the ward - Inform the dietetics department about admissions or transfers to avoid delays in food and beverage services - Meet patients upon discharge, collect feedback, and ensure they are fully satisfied before leaving the hospital - Discuss any unresolved or major concerns during the next day morning meeting - Coordinate all patient movement activities to and from the ward, ensuring efficient transportation to OT, labs, or radiology Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience (Preferred) Please note that this is a full-time position that requires in-person work at the designated location.,
