Overview

As a Creative Lead you will drive the creative vision for our crime and thriller promos shaping how millions of listeners discover and experience our stories You will conceptualize and craft innovative narratives and compelling scripts that inspire users to download and engage with Pocket FM.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creative strategy and storytelling direction for crime and thriller promos
• Write and edit high-performing ad copies and promo scripts for social media and digital platforms
• Collaborate closely with marketing production and creative teams to ensure cohesive storytelling
• Mentor and guide a team of writers and editors to elevate creative quality
• Analyze campaign performance and iterate on content to improve impact and engagement

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in social media YouTube or advertising content writing in English preferably in crime or thriller genres
• Strong expertise in crafting advertisements and promotional content for social media
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a creative team
• Proven track record of creating narratives that resonate with diverse audiences and drive measurable results
• Passion for storytelling especially in suspense mystery and thriller formats
