Creative Lead, Promo Production
LocationBangalore, HSR LayoutCTCUpto 12 LPAThis role is for an experienced creative lead with experience in Video Production and a storyteller passionate about turning ideas into creative collateral that attracts and engages our target audiencesYou should have prior experience in script writing, video production and being part of writer rooms

Your Role
Take ownership of video projects, managing them from ideation through topost-production

Convert the "Sellable-Angles" from scripts and screenplays to video promos that help
reduce our campaign CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)Collaborate with the production team, including but not limited to, Sound Engineers and Final editors to get your vision to lifeAbility to write engaging shots in a real-time environment that can stimulate user interaction, discussion, and engagementLead a team, train and manage writers, producers, image artists, etc

Act as the Voice of the Marketing Department during New Show Commissioning, relaying insights back to the Content Acquisition Team
Be a part of writers room discussions create compelling narratives for promos across genres of showsAnalyse performance of promos and share insights with the team to foster continuous improvementPeriodic reporting of key performance indicators and other relevant metrics for promo performanceMandatory SkillsA portfolio of past work done in Video Direction / Production

Expertise in writing in English and exceptional communication skills
