Creative Lead

ROLES AND RESPONSIBLITY

Conceptualization & Design

• Develop creative concepts and design solutions for marketing campaigns, website updates, sales collateral, and other communication materials.
• Design visually engaging graphics, illustrations, layouts, and animations. Ensure designs align with ROX Hi Tech's brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

Project Management

• Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to gather requirements and feedback.
• Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders. Ensure design assets are organized and easily accessible.

Branding & Brand Consistency:

• Maintain and evolve ROX Hi Tech's brand identity.
• Ensure consistent use of brand elements across all communication channels.

Digital Design:

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with sales , content writers, digital marketing manager, and other extended teams .
• Effectively communicate design ideas and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Compliance

• Understand and adhere to data privacy guidelines when creating designs that involve customer information

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in creative design, preferably in the IT industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and projects. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques. Experience with web design and responsive design principles.
• Good communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A bachelor's degree / diploma in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field is preferred.
