RPA Developer

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and motivated RPA Developer with hands-on experience in Blue Prism and strong programming abilities to join our automation team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying RPA solutions to optimize business processes and improve operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and implement RPA solutions using Blue Prism Collaborate with business analysts to understand process requirements and translate them into technical solutions Develop scripts and components using VB.NET, C#, Python, and SQL Manage workflows, exception handling, and scheduling of automation processes Integrate RPA solutions with enterprise systems such as SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Utilize OCR tools and explore AI/ML-based enhancements (preferred) Work with APIs to connect and automate across systems Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide technical support and training as needed Maintain documentation of automated processes and ensure compliance with organizational standards Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven hands-on experience with Blue Prism Proficiency in VB.NET , C# , Python , and SQL Strong understanding of process design , exception handling , and automation scheduling Familiarity with enterprise applications like SAP , Salesforce , and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Exposure to OCR , AI/ML integration , and REST/SOAP APIs (preferred) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Preferred Qualifications: Blue Prism Developer Certification Experience in integrating RPA with AI/ML platforms Knowledge of IT security and compliance in automation processes
