RPA Developer

Work Mode- Hybrid (2 Days work from Office)Duties and Responsibilities: Work closely with the Business Analyst and Technical Lead to understand requirements, functional and technical design
Develop and configure automation processes as per defined requirements Create new processes/tasks/objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well-structured, maintainable, and easy to understand Maintain proper documentation Ensure quality of coded components through thorough unit testing Collaborate with test teams during Product Test and UAT phases to resolve assigned bugs with quality Report status, issues, and risks to technical leads on a regular basis Enhance automation skills by completing certifications and staying open to learning new technologies Ideal Background: 3+ years of UiPath RPA development experience Hands-on experience implementing RPA solutions using UiPath Knowledge of various UiPath components, including the UiPath Cloud Platform Familiarity with Agentic Automation, GenAI & Autopilot functionalities Working knowledge of SQL databases and scripting Basic Qualifications: Proven experience as an RPA Developer, particularly with UiPath Strong background as a Software Developer (knowledge of at least one NET language, eg C#, , and HTML5/CSS3) Experience in code modification, testing, and preparing for production deployment Experience in iterative development cycles Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field Hands-on experience in RPA projects Strong programming background in any language, preferably NET Microsoft certification RPA certification SQL database and scripting expertiseDisclaimer: The job location mentioned in this description is based on publicly available information or company headquarters.
