Key Responsibilities of Role

The Adani Group is preparing to launch into its next phase of growth. The Group is enabling business growth drivers by generating operational efficiencies while keeping the focus on its core business areas. The Global Capability Centre (GCC) for the Adani Group will be responsible for aligning support services with the broader organizational strategy: 1. The GCC would be responsible for the establishment and development of a centralized Functional and Business Services Capability hub for the Adani Group. 2. The GCC will build and deploy world class capabilities in consolidation, optimization, automation, analytics and governance of relevant business processes and services across the Group. 3. The GCC would drive and support group wide projects across the service functions managed by it, including Finance, HR, IT, Procurement, Master Data Management, Admin service functions among others, and will play a key role in aligning support services with the broader organizational strategy. GCC will also build Future Leaders capabilities for Senior Functional Leadership roles in the Adani Group businesses. Vision for the GCC is to be the most Trusted & Value-Adding Partner to all its Stakeholders through Highest Quality of Services at most efficient cost consistently. Key deliverables for GCC: - Consolidate service functions under one organization to drive standardized, efficient and effective processes. - Build new functional capabilities internally along the Digital with Global Mindset. - Transform service function using best in context systems, self-service, assurance, governance & actionable insights. This role will design, develop, manage, and support RPA solutions and platforms to automate business processes and enhance operational efficiency. Roles and Responsibilities RPA Platform Support- Manage and support the RPA platform, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. - Monitor and maintain the RPA infrastructure, including control rooms, runners. - Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues, coordinating with IT and other support teams as necessary. - Implement and manage security protocols to protect the RPA environment from unauthorized access and threats. - Perform regular system audits and health checks to ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies. - Stay updated with the latest RPA trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the RPA ecosystem. RPA Bots Support- Monitor and maintain existing RPA bots, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues with RPA bots, including debugging and fixing errors in bot scripts and workflows. - Analyse bot performance metrics and logs to identify and address potential issues proactively. - Provide technical support and training to end-users and stakeholders, including creating user guides and documentation. - Conduct regular reviews and updates of bot configurations to ensure they meet changing business requirements. Deployment and Change Management- Conduct regular performance assessments and optimize bots for efficiency and scalability. - Manage the deployment of new RPA solutions and changes to existing bots, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal impact on operations. - Develop and maintain deployment plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. - Ensure all changes are documented and communicated to relevant stakeholders, following established change management processes. - Perform post-deployment reviews to assess the success of changes and identify areas for improvement. Development of Bots- Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions to automate business processes. - Develop and test bot scripts and workflows using RPA tools such as Automation Anywhere. - Ensure that all RPA solutions adhere to best practices and are scalable and maintainable. - Continuously explore and implement new features and functionalities to enhance the capabilities of RPA bots. - Perform code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Technical Competencies

Experience in RPA development and implementation using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.,Experience with scripting for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.,Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.,RPA platform deployment and maintenance

Qualifications and Experience

Educational Qualification: - Bachelor's Degree in a computer science or a relevant degree from a recognized University. Experiences: - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in RPA development, support and RPA platform deployment and maintenance. - Proven experience in RPA development and implementation using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#. - Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, and VBScript. - Experience with managing and supporting RPA platforms and infrastructure. - Ability to write and maintain scripts for task automation and process optimization. - Experience with scripting for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes. - Understanding of scripting best practices, including error handling, logging, and code modularity. - Certification in RPA tools (e.g., Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional). - Experience with integrating RPA solutions with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM). - Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management frameworks. - Advanced Excel skills, including VBA and macros. - Familiarity with SQL and database management. - Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically & creatively about complex business problems. - Excellent communication and leadership abilities. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
