About The Role
We are seeking a Junior Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer and Tester to join our virtual healthcare company. As a Junior RPA Developer and Tester, your primary role will be to perform production testing and minor code fixes for the automation solutions within our virtual healthcare platform. This position will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our RPA solutions and delivering efficient healthcare services to our users. Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and enhancement of automation solutions using RPA tools (such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism) within the virtual healthcare platform.
- Perform testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing, to ensure the quality and reliability of the RPA solutions.
- Identify and document any issues or defects encountered during testing, and work with the development team to resolve them effectively.
- Carry out problem analysis and develop minor code fixes or enhancements to address identified defects or issues in the RPA solutions.
- Collaborate with virtual healthcare teams to plan and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate RPA solutions against specific healthcare requirements.
- Gain a deep understanding of virtual healthcare processes and workflows to identify areas for automation and propose innovative RPA solutions.
- Collaborate with operations teams to facilitate the smooth deployment and ongoing operation of RPA solutions in the virtual healthcare platform.
- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, helping them troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to RPA automation.
- Stay updated with the latest RPA tools, technologies, and best practices in the virtual healthcare industry to improve knowledge and skills continuously.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.
- Atleast 2 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development and testing is preferred, but fresh graduates with a strong understanding of RPA concepts and enthusiasm to learn will also be considered.
- Familiarity with RPA tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism is an advantage.
4 Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python is preferred but not required. Familiarity with SQL is also a plus
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve RPA issues within the virtual healthcare platform.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform thorough testing, as well as document test cases and results accurately.
- Passion for automation, process improvement, and eagerness to contribute to the advancement of virtual healthcare technologies.
