About the Role

We are seeking a motivated RPA Developer with 1 -2 years experience in designing, developing and Implementing automation solutions using leading RPA Tools. The ideal candidate should be detail oriented, Proactive, and Passionate about process automation and digital Transformation.

Tools: UI Path Studio, Power Automate.

UI Path certification is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design , develop, test and develop, test and deploy RPA bots using tools such as Ui Path / Automation anywhere/ Blue Prism.

2. Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and recommend suitable solutions.

3. Collaborate with business analysts and Process owners to capture requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

4. Implement best practices in RPA Processes, including exception handling, logging and documentation.

5. Maintain , Monitor and optimize existing automation work flows for high performance and scalability.

6. Trouble shoot and resolve Production issues related to RPA workflows.

7. Create and maintain technical documentation such as design documents, test cases , and operational manuals.

8.Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards during automation development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.

2. 1 to 2 years of hand on experience in RPA development.

3. Proficiency in one or more RPA Platforms.

4. Understanding the work flow design, selectors, orchestrator, and automation best practices.

5. Basic Knowledge of SQL , APIs, and scripting languages is a added advantage.

6. Strong analytical, Problem solving and debugging skills.

7. Ability to work Independently as well as with collaborative team environment.

8. Good communication skills and ability to interact with business stakeholders.
