Creative Lead

About the Role

We are building an in-house creative team to service all group businesses across financial services and related verticals.

As Creative Lead, you will anchor this team, set the creative direction, and deliver high-quality design and motion assets that strengthen our brand presence.

You will be hands-on with execution while also mentoring team members in design and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and creative strategy for social media, microsites, campaigns, and digital properties across the group.
• Conceptualize and produce engaging motion design/video assets (explainer videos, reels, walkthroughs, digital ads).
• Oversee and guide the work of graphic designers, content creators, and illustrators to ensure cohesive brand storytelling.
• Collaborate closely with business and marketing teams to translate briefs into compelling creatives.
• Ensure brand guidelines are established, documented, and consistently implemented.
• Stay updated with design trends and bring fresh ideas to campaigns.
• Manage timelines, quality, and output across multiple business verticals.

Requirements

• 6 to 7 years of experience in design, motion graphics, or digital creative roles (agency/start-up background preferred).
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion design, digital campaigns, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and mentor junior team members.
• Strong communication skills to present creative concepts to non-design stakeholders.
