Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership

• Partner with the Board and Managing Director to define business strategy and implement growth plans.
  
• Translate organizational goals into actionable operational strategies.
  

• Operations Management

• Oversee day-to-day operations across manufacturing, supply chain, sales, and distribution.
  
• Ensure production efficiency, quality, cost optimization, and timely delivery.
  
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across plants and business units.
  

• Business Growth & P&L Responsibility

• Monitor and drive revenue growth, profitability, and cost efficiency.
  
• Identify new business opportunities, channels, and markets for expansion.
  

• Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and build high-performing teams across functions.
  
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
  

• Compliance & Governance

• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, quality norms, and corporate governance.
  
• Maintain best practices in health, safety, and sustainability.
  

• Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including distributors, vendors, and partners.
  
• Represent the company in key industry forums and associations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Operations, or related field (MBA preferred).
