About You Essential skills & competencies Master s degree in law, Business Administration or Finance or related field. Minimum of 5 years compliance-related work experience, with a proven track record in leading internal compliance investigations. Solid understanding of anti-bribery/anti-corruption, fraud and antitrust regulations. Ability to manage compliance programs; to effectively provide training and communicate standards of conduct, legal principles, and behavioral expectations, and to advise management on compliance related issues. Ability to balance autonomy with collaboration in a global working environment. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
