Description
As a Creative Head, your role will involve defining a clear and cohesive creative vision for the game. You will work closely with other core team members to develop their specific parts of the vision and unify your concepts to tie together all design, graphic, narrative, and technical elements. Your responsibilities will include communicating the creative direction across the production floor to guide teams, pitching the game vision to the team and upper management, and representing your team and the project to them. Additionally, you will validate the consistency and quality of the game, ensure creative alignment between branding, experience, and strategy, and review and discuss production priorities, timelines, and scope with the producer. It will be essential for you to talk to clients and industry professionals to understand their requirements in detail, travel locally and abroad to present the game, anticipate and solve problems that may impede project completion, mentor team members to create a positive work environment, and take responsibility for the quality and completion of assigned projects. You will also be expected to report progress of projects at major stages of their completion, creation, and execution.
