We are searching for a dynamic and enterprising individual to become a part of our team as a Creative Head. As an influential persona, you should possess the ability to lead a team of creative thinkers and doers. Your role will require marketing expertise and a deep understanding of branding and promoting our products and services. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with innovative ideas to captivate the evolving preferences of clients and users. Your responsibilities will include defining a clear and cohesive creative vision for the game, collaborating closely with other core team members to develop their parts of the vision, and ensuring unity across design, graphics, narrative, and technical elements. It will be crucial for you to communicate the creative direction effectively across the production floor, pitch the game vision to the team and upper management, and validate the consistency and quality of the game. Additionally, you will need to review production priorities, timelines, and scope with the producer, interact with clients and industry professionals to gather detailed requirements, and travel locally and internationally to present the game. Anticipating potential project obstacles, providing solutions, mentoring team members to foster a positive work environment, and taking responsibility for project quality and completion are also key aspects of this role. Reporting the progress of projects at major stages of completion, creation, and execution will be necessary. To excel in this position, you should possess exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Knowledge of game engines like Unity 3D, project management software such as Jira, and proficiency in various 2D and 3D software programs like Photoshop, Maya, and ZBrush are essential. Familiarity with presentation software like PowerPoint, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to interact comfortably with high-profile clients and industry professionals are critical. Professional business skills, including negotiation, project management, and leadership, along with the talent for presenting information concisely and accurately with keen attention to detail, are also required. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree and at least 8+ years of experience in the video game industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.,
