We are seeking a visionary Creative Head to lead and elevate our creative initiatives across brand campaigns, content production, social media, and cross-marketing efforts. You’ll partner with a dynamic team to craft compelling visual stories, design impactful campaigns, conceptualise content for multiple platforms, and drive measurable audience growth.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Strategy & Vision
● Lead creative strategy for brand storytelling, social media, and integrated campaigns.
● Conceptualise original, trend-forward ideas that resonate with audiences and fuel growth.
● Stay ahead of industry trends, viral content formats, and cultural moments to drive relevance.
Campaign Conceptualisation & Execution
● Develop creative concepts for social media campaigns, shoots, brand activations, and cross-marketing initiatives across digital properties.
● Translate briefs into strategic creative work with clear goals and deliverables.
● Ensure all creative output aligns with brand voice, visual identity, and business objectives.
Production Leadership
● Oversee end-to-end production: pre-production planning, storyboard development, shoot execution, post-production supervision, and delivery.
● Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, video, social media) and external partners (photographers, videographers, editors, influencers).
Team Collaboration
● Work closely with social media managers, content creators, designers, and strategists to execute concepts.
● Mentor and inspire team members, fostering creativity and innovation.
● Provide clear direction during ideation sessions, feedback loops, and campaign reviews.
Audience Growth & Viral Content
● Design and drive concepts aimed at building community and increasing reach, engagement, and virality on platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and more.
● Analyse performance data to refine creative approaches and optimise for growth.
Cross-Marketing & Brand Partnerships
● Lead creative planning and execution for cross-promotion across company properties and external collaborations.
● Work with business partners to conceptualise co-branded content and campaigns.
Brand Consistency & Quality Control
● Ensure that all creative output meets high aesthetic standards and maintains brand consistency.
● Approve creative assets before publication.
Other Duties
● Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.
● Provide creative input on wider marketing strategies and business initiatives.
Qualifications
Required:
● Bachelor’s degree in Creative Arts, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
● Proven experience 5+ years in creative leadership, brand campaigns, or content production.
● Strong portfolio showcasing creative campaigns, shoots, conceptual work, and social media content.
● Excellent visual storytelling and creative ideation skills.
● Deep understanding of social platforms, engagement trends, and content virality.
Preferred:
● Experience in influencer marketing, cross-platform strategy, or content partnerships.
● Strong leadership and team management experience.
