Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Creative Head, based in Chandigarh Tricity. The Creative Head will lead the development and execution of creative strategies, oversee branding efforts, and ensure innovative visual storytelling across various projects. Responsibilities include managing a creative team, providing direction for campaigns, and collaborating with different departments to align creative work with company goals. Qualifications Expertise in Creative Direction and Creative Strategy to guide and inspire impactful design and branding initiatives Proficiency in Branding and Graphic Design to deliver high-quality visual assets Strong Team Management skills to lead and collaborate effectively with creative teams Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Proven experience in a similar role, with a portfolio showcasing successful creative projects Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
