As the Creative Head at Palmonas, you will play a crucial role in defining and executing the creative vision of the brand. Your responsibilities will include: - Defining and leading the creative vision and direction across various touchpoints such as digital, print, packaging, visual merchandising, and campaign shoots. - Conceptualizing and executing brand campaigns, product launches, seasonal promotions, and digital storytelling. - Overseeing and guiding content, graphic design, video, and styling teams to maintain high creative standards and brand consistency. - Collaborating with marketing, product, and e-commerce teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across customer journeys. - Supervising all photoshoots, video shoots, campaign lookbooks, and influencer content with a strong visual narrative. - Innovating new formats of content tailored to Instagram, YouTube, and the website. - Maintaining an updated visual brand identity guide and ensuring its execution across all channels. - Analyzing creative performance and leading iterative improvements based on data and feedback. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Design, Advertising, Communication, or related fields. - 6-8 years of proven experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or D2C brands. - Strong aesthetic sensibility and deep understanding of design, content, and storytelling. - Hands-on experience leading creative direction for campaigns, brand identity, and production. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and content visualization tools. - Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
