Role Overview: As a Creative Strategist, your main duty is to develop and implement creative strategies that enhance brand building and engagement on various social media platforms. This involves creating monthly content calendars that align with marketing objectives, campaigns, seasonal events, and current trends. Your role includes conceptualizing campaigns that highlight the unique aspects of jewellery collections such as product stories, craftsmanship, tradition, and luxury. Key Responsibilities: - Overseeing content creation and supervision, guiding the creative direction for photoshoots, videos, reels, and campaign content. - Ensuring that the design and quality of all creatives, including banners, posts, stories, thumbnails, and ads, maintain the brand's tone of luxury, elegance, trust, and aspiration. - Focusing on visual storytelling by developing strong concepts around products and directing visual aesthetics to uphold a premium and consistent brand image. - Managing and mentoring the creative team, which includes graphic designers, photographers, videographers, content writers, and editors. - Coordinating with the digital marketing manager, social media managers, and sales teams to align campaigns effectively. Qualifications Required: - Experience in developing and executing creative strategies for social media platforms, specifically in the field of brand building and engagement. - Strong understanding of visual storytelling and ability to maintain brand consistency through various creatives. - Proven track record of managing and mentoring creative teams, ensuring high-quality output. - Knowledge of social media trends, viral content, and customer preferences to innovate new formats and collaborations. - Excellent attention to detail and quality control to uphold high creative standards in visuals, typography, color grading, and storytelling. - Analytical skills to evaluate content performance, identify successful creative formats, and make data-driven improvements for future strategies.
