Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Creative Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute creative strategies for brand building and engagement on social media.
  • Plan monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals, campaigns, festivals, and trends.
  • Conceptualize campaigns that highlight the uniqueness of jewellery collections (product stories, craftsmanship, tradition, luxury, etc.).

2. Content Creation & Supervision

  • Lead the creative direction for all photoshoots, videos, reels, and campaign content.
  • Oversee the design and quality of creatives like banners, posts, stories, thumbnails, and ads.
  • Ensure content matches the brand tone — luxury, elegance, trust, and aspiration.

3. Visual Storytelling

  • Build strong storytelling concepts around products.
  • Guide the visual aesthetics to maintain a premium, consistent brand image.

4. Team Leadership

  • Manage and mentor the creative team, including graphic designers, photographers, videographers, content writers, and editors.
  • Coordinate with the digital marketing manager, social media managers, and sales teams for campaign alignment.

5. Brand Identity Management

  • Maintain brand guidelines in all online visual communications.
  • Innovate ways to keep the brand fresh while retaining a consistent identity.

6. Social Media Campaign Execution

  • Collaborate on paid campaign creatives (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube ads).
  • Design engaging campaigns for product launches, festive offers, bridal collections, and events.

7. Trend Research & Innovation

  • Stay updated with social media trends, viral content, jewellery trends, and customer preferences.
  • Innovate new formats — reels, challenges, influencer collaborations, 360° product views, etc.

8. Collaboration

  • Work with influencers, stylists, and production teams to execute content.
  • Support offline marketing with creatives for store events, hoardings, in-store displays, and brochures.

9. Quality Control

  • Review and approve all final content before publishing.
  • Maintain high creative standards — visuals, typography, color grading, and storytelling.

10. Reporting & Performance Review

  • Analyze content performance — which creative formats, designs, or campaigns perform best.
  • Make data-driven improvements in future creative strategies.
