Creative Head



Role Overview:

The Creative Head will be responsible for overseeing all creative outputs of the company, ensuring consistency, innovation, and impact across campaigns. You'll manage a team of designers, copywriters, video editors, and content creators, and work closely with strategy and client servicing to turn briefs into award-winning ideas.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end creative process—from ideation to execution.
  • Interpret briefs and translate them into breakthrough campaigns and brand strategies.
  • Oversee all branding, design, copywriting, video, and digital creative outputs.
  • Mentor and manage the creative team, nurturing talent and ensuring high-quality work.
  • Present creative concepts internally and to clients with clarity and conviction.
  • Ensure brand consistency across platforms—social, digital, experiential.
  • Stay up to date with global trends, tools, and cultural moments to fuel fresh thinking.
  • Collaborate with strategy, performance, and account management teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Maintain timelines and quality standards while managing multiple projects.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a creative agency environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing 360° campaigns (digital, branding, video, experiential, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of storytelling, branding, digital trends, and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Figma (plus points).
  • Strong aesthetic judgment, attention to detail, and conceptual thinking.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in real estate, lifestyle, or D2C brand campaigns.
  • Award-winning campaign experience.
  • Ability to shoot campaign references, guide shoots, or script ads.
