Job Title: Creative Director Location: Delhi Experience: 10–12 Years Delhi based candidates can apply with 5 years experience in Delhi only. Job Summary : We are looking for an experienced and visionary Creative Director to lead our content strategy and storytelling efforts across multiple media platforms. This role is ideal for a seasoned content leader with a strong background in media—broadcast, OTT, digital, or print—who can manage end-to-end content operations, drive audience engagement, and position the brand as a thought leader in the industry. Key Responsibilities: 1. Content Strategy & Planning Develop and lead the editorial and content strategy for all media touchpoints – including TV, OTT, digital platforms, and social media. Create content calendars and programming grids that align with brand voice, audience preferences, and industry trends. Conduct regular content audits to refine positioning and identify storytelling opportunities. 2. Creative Leadership Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of content creators—writers, video producers, editors, and social media managers. Collaborate closely with programming, production, marketing, and design teams to ensure cohesive and impactful content execution. Shape editorial voice and visual storytelling across formats: promos, short-form videos, long-form features, scripts, articles, and branded content. 3. Content Production Oversight Oversee the planning, scripting, and production of original and branded content for broadcast and digital platforms. Maintain high standards of storytelling, accuracy, and production value. Review and approve scripts, storyboards, and final edits for tone, clarity, and engagement. 4. Performance Analysis & Optimization Use content analytics tools to monitor performance across platforms and optimize based on insights (engagement, retention, viewership, etc.). Own content KPIs such as reach, engagement, watch time, and virality. 5. Cross-Platform Collaboration Partner with marketing, digital, PR, and social teams to drive integrated campaigns and audience growth. Work with external agencies, influencers, and production houses to amplify brand and content visibility. 6. Governance & Compliance Establish editorial standards and guidelines for tone, style, and compliance. Ensure all content complies with broadcasting regulations, copyrights, and legal norms. Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Film, Media, or related field. 10–12 years of progressive experience in media content strategy, production, and editorial leadership. Strong experience in managing cross-functional creative teams in a media house, network, or digital media company. Excellent command of content trends, audience behavior, and platform-specific storytelling (TV, OTT, YouTube, Instagram, etc.).
