Current We are hiring Country Sales Head for Solar Manufacturing industry. Role: Country Sales Head Experience: 5+ years Location: Karnal (Haryana) Industry Preferred: Solar Manufacturing It is a leading manufacturer of solar structures, specializing in Pump Structures, Variable Tilt, Fixed Tilt, and Rooftop Structures. We are looking for a highly skilled and dynamic Sales Head to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth in the solar industry. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the overall sales strategy for the company, including targeting B2B markets, OEM businesses, and government contracts. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in both domestic and international markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including OEM partners, government bodies, and other potential customers. Oversee the preparation and submission of tenders for government projects, ensuring compliance with all requirements and deadlines. Liaise with government agencies and participate in various government schemes such as PM Kusum Yojna Components B & C and Surya Ghar Yojna. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to adjust strategies and stay ahead in the market. Lead and mentor the sales team, ensuring effective collaboration and high performance. Develop pricing strategies, identify new business opportunities, and execute plans to achieve sales targets. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions, managing relationships, and resolving issues. Key Requirements: Proven experience in handling B2B sales, OEM business, government liaising, and tender participation in the solar or related industries. In-depth knowledge of the solar industry, especially solar structure manufacturing (Pump Structures, Variable Tilt, Fixed Tilt, and Rooftop Structures). Familiarity with government schemes like PM Kusum Yojna Component B & C and Surya Ghar Yojna. Strong network within the government sector, OEMs, and the solar industry. Ability to analyze and respond to tenders, as well as manage negotiations and contracts. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. A strategic thinker with the ability to identify new opportunities and adapt to changing market dynamics. A proactive approach to market research, customer outreach, and relationship-building.
