Job Description

Will be responsible for leading the entire national sales function, driving strategic growth across multiple regions, and ensuring consistent market penetration in the crushing and screening equipment industry. This leadership role involves developing high-impact sales strategies, managing regional clusters, mentoring senior sales professionals, and building lasting relationships with key customers and channel partners. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in this industry, deep insights into customer needs, and a proven track record of driving revenue at scale within peer group companies.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute national sales strategies in alignment with company goals and market trends.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the entire field sales organization, including Cluster Managers, Senior Sales Managers, and Area Sales Managers.
  • Establish and monitor performance metrics, sales forecasts, and revenue targets across all zones.
  • Foster strong relationships with major contractors, mining companies, dealers, and government agencies.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and after-sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product alignment with market demand.
  • Travel pan-India for field reviews, client meetings, and performance assessments (approx. 12 15 days per month).

Requirements

  • Education:

    Tech in Mechanical, Mining, or related Engineering discipline (Mandatory); MBA preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum

    12-15

    years

    of experience in the crushing and screening industry.
  • At least

    5 years

    in a senior leadership role managing regional or national sales teams.

Experience with any of the following peer group companies preferred:

  • MNCs: Metso, Sandvik, Terex, Keestrack, Weir Minerals, CDE Asia
  • Indian OEMs

    : Propel, Puzzolana, Hailstone, Proman, Rockcut, Diamond, Rolljack, 5Apollo, RD Infra, MB Crushers, Mechtech, Core Crushers
  • Dealers

    : Voltas, Constech Heavy, Fine Equipments, Mewar Hitech, SMPPL, Vak Cosequip, Aim Sales & Services

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Pan-India exposure with a strong understanding of regional sales dynamics.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong industry network and relationship with key clients and dealers.
