Will be responsible for overseeing and driving sales operations across a defined territory or multiple states, focusing on the crushing and screening equipment segment. This role demands a strategic thinker with deep knowledge of the market, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record within peer group companies. The ideal candidate will have a strong regional presence, client relationships, and the ability to mentor and lead a team of sales professionals to achieve consistent business growth.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage sales teams across assigned locations, ensuring achievement of sales targets and business objectives.
Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with the company s growth vision in the crushing and screening equipment industry.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and actively generate new business opportunities through channel partners and direct sales.
Conduct regular reviews of sales funnels, territory performance, and market trends.
Collaborate with the technical, service, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experience and product delivery.
Ensure timely submission of reports, forecasts, and updates to senior management.
Travel 15 20 days per month within the region to meet clients, visit sites, and support field teams.

Requirements

Education:
B.Tech in Mechanical, Mining, or related Engineering discipline (Mandatory).
Experience:S
ales of crushing and screening equipment.
