Corporate Team Lead Talent Acquisition

About the Role

The Corporate Team Lead Talent Acquisition will be responsible for leading a team of recruiters to manage end-to-end hiring across corporate functions. This includes partnering with business leaders, driving recruitment strategies, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality talent within defined SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of recruiters to deliver on hiring targets for corporate roles (HR, Finance, Quality, Training, Operations, and WFM).
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering, sourcing, and screening to offer rollout.
Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create effective sourcing plans.
Maintain and track daily hiring activities through dashboards and reports.
Conduct weekly business reviews and ensure data accuracy in trackers and ATS.
Drive process improvements to enhance recruiter productivity and candidate experience.
Mentor and coach recruiters on sourcing strategies, interview techniques, and stakeholder management.
Coordinate with HR Operations and Onboarding teams to ensure a smooth joining experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum
4 years of recruitment experience
, including
1+ years in a lead role
managing a team.
Proven success in
corporate hiring
across HR, Finance, Training, Quality, and Operations.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in
Excel, recruitment dashboards, and ATS tools
.
Ability to work in a
fast-paced environment
with a focus on quality and speed.
