Job Description

Responsibilities:

A. Strategic Role:

  1. Lead marketplace business growth for the organization.
  2. Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve Business Development targets and delivery.
  3. Promote and develop our existing Product strategy and policies by collaborating with product and engineering teams.
  4. Conduct research to identify marketing opportunities.
  5. Propose system improvements to attain the company's marketing objectives.
  6. Establish strategic partnerships/collaborations and expand

    B2C marketplace & B2B SAAS

    Solutions in India and global markets across continents.
  7. Work closely with the CEO of Jupitice to drive strategic growth in terms of revenue, business, and delivery of products and services.

B. Operational Role:

  1. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  2. Contribute to bottom-line P&L by developing and monetizing a sustainable ecosystem.
  3. Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in the judicial technology sector.
  4. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
  5. Promote the company's services and capabilities to potential clients and partners.

C. Managerial Role:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
  2. Lead and grow business operations.
  3. Streamline and develop processes for managing end-to-end business development and delivery.
  4. Oversee and coordinate the activities of various departments to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  5. Manage cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience of at least

    5 years

    working with Start Ups and ready to take challenges in business development, driving P&L, revenue top line, operations, strategic planning, and relationship management.
  2. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  3. Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  5. Full-time MBA from a reputed institution is preferable.
  6. Willingness to work full-time from our office.
