Role Summary The Solution Architect is a senior technical leader responsible for designing end-to-end software solutions that align with business objectives, meet scalability and security standards, and enable rapid, modular development. This role serves as a bridge between business goals and technology implementation, ensuring coherent architecture across products and services. Key Responsibilities · Design scalable, modular, and maintainable system architecture. · Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and platforms. · Translate business and functional requirements into technical specifications. · Ensure security, compliance, and performance standards in all architectural designs. · Define system components, data flows, and integration points. · Collaborate with product managers and tech leads to align architecture with business goals. · Manage integrations with external APIs, legacy systems, and third-party services. · Create architecture diagrams, design documents, and technical blueprints. · Identify and mitigate technical risks across projects. · Mentor development teams on architecture principles and best practices. · Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to architectural standards. · Contribute to technology strategy and roadmap planning with the CTO or VP Engineering. Qualifications and Skills · 8+ years of experience in software development, architecture, or technical leadership. · Proven expertise in software architecture patterns (microservices, event-driven, etc.). · Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. · Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code. · Familiarity with secure development practices and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, DPDP). · Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. · Experience working in agile, product-driven environments. · Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
