Job Description

Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Chennai

Success in this role means consistently exceeding business targets, forging strong corporate partnerships, and ensuring high client satisfaction through proactive service and innovative insurance solutions.

You will report to the State head and collaborate closely with underwriting, claims, and product teams to deliver customised value propositions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard new corporate clients across healthcare, manufacturing, IT, and other key sectors
  • Build and manage relationships with decision-making CXO level executives
  • Develop and execute local sales strategies in alignment with national business goals
  • Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams for proposal development and policy servicing
  • Track and report performance metrics and market trends to guide decision-making
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and ethical sales practices
  • Recognizing upselling and cross-selling opportunities and applying accordingly.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree required: BBA/BE/B.Sc/BMS/B.Com
  • Master’s: MBA in Sales/Marketing/Healthcare preferred (Not mandatory)
  • 3–10 years of proven experience in B2B or institutional sales, preferably in insurance or healthcare
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong understanding of group health insurance, general insurance products, and market dynamics
  • Proficiency in local language and English (spoken and written)
  • Willingness to travel across assigned areas in

    Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Chennai
