Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Corporate Sales Manager located in Hyderabad. The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales through lead generation, managing key business accounts, and building strong customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential clients, creating sales strategies, overseeing sales operations, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role requires a proactive approach to managing customer needs and achieving sales targets while collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored gift solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive B2B and institutional sales to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Identify and onboard corporate clients, aggregators, and institutional partners.
  • Develop customized gifting and bulk order solutions for companies, events, and festive occasions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with production, finance, and logistics teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and performance reports.
  • Explore new business opportunities and contribute to overall brand growth.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 5–7 years of proven experience in 

    corporate or institutional sales

     (preferably FMCG, food, or gifting sector).
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and key account management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive approach with the ability to meet deadlines and targets independently.
  • Strong network and relationship-building capability in the corporate ecosystem.
