We are now expanding our Corporate Sales team to strengthen partnerships with leading companies and promote our online programs for employee upskilling and talent development.


Role Overview:


We’re looking for a dynamic Corporate Sales professional who thrives on building relationships, driving strategic partnerships, and creating impactful business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have strong connects with HR Leaders, L&D Heads, and CHROs across industries and a proven ability to position education solutions within the corporate ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to onboard corporate clients for GLA University’s Online Degree Programs.
  • Build, nurture, and manage strong relationships with HR, L&D, and CHRO-level stakeholders.
  • Identify business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into long-term partnerships.
  • Present tailored learning solutions that align with organizations’ employee development and skilling needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close high-value corporate deals to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with academic and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of programs to corporate clients.
  • Represent GLA University at industry forums, HR summits, and corporate networking events.

  • Strong network and working relationships with HR leaders and CHROs.
