Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth through new business development, key account management, and lead generation.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions, resulting in increased client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing campaigns that support sales efforts and enhance the overall customer experience.

Job Requirements :

  • 1-6 years of experience in B2B sales or corporate sales within IT services & consulting industry.
  • Proven track record of success in client acquisition, retention, and revenue generation.
  • Strong understanding of business development principles, including lead generation techniques such as cold calling, email outreach, etc.
