Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities with corporate clients, garment manufacturers, retailers, distributors, and institutional buyers.​
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure repeat orders and client retention.​
  • Present and demonstrate suiting fabric ranges and solutions at client meetings, trade fairs, and industry events.​
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contracts as per company policies.​
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.​
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, emerging trends, and competitor activities.​
  • Collaborate with internal teams (production, marketing, logistics, accounts) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and excellent client experience.​
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to management.​
  • Lead and mentor junior sales staff, if in a managerial capacity; drive team performance and professional development.​
Required Qualifications
  • Graduate degree, preferably in business administration, marketing, textiles, or similar field.​
  • Proven experience in corporate, B2B, or institutional sales in the textile, garment, or suiting industry (most companies require 3–8 years).​
  • Strong understanding of suiting fabrics, product specifications (quality, width, construction), and supply chain considerations.​
  • Familiarity with sales principles, negotiation techniques, and CRM software (Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite).​
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.​
  • Ability to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and business development activities.​
