POSITION OVERVIEW


Corporate Sales Executive / Institutional Sales Executive

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development & Lead Generation

·       Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate clients, institutions, schools, and educational organizations

·       Generate leads through market research, cold calling, networking, and digital marketing channels

·       Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline with qualified prospects

·       Create customer database for effective CRM and client relationship management

·       Target key market segments including corporate gifting, educational institutions, and bulk procurement clients


Client Relationship Management

·       Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate and institutional clients

·       Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts and manage high-level client negotiations

·       Conduct client visits, product presentations, and demonstrations to showcase bag solutions

·       Understand client requirements and provide customized product solutions

·       Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and follow-up


Sales Strategy & Execution

·       Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets

·       Create and execute marketing campaigns targeting corporate and institutional segments

·       Prepare compelling sales proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations

·       Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management

·       Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education

Bachelor's degree

Experience

Minimum 2 years

bag manufacturing, luggage industry, textile manufacturing

·       Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

·       Experience in corporate sales, institutional sales, or bulk procurement preferred


Industry Knowledge

·       Understanding of bag manufacturing processes and product specifications

·       Knowledge of different bag types including backpacks, laptop bags, corporate gifts, school bags

·       Familiarity with textile materials, manufacturing quality standards, and customization options

·       Awareness of corporate gifting trends and institutional procurement processes


Core Skills

·       Excellent communication and presentation skills in English

·       Strong negotiation and closing abilities

·       Proven relationship building and customer service skills

·       Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

·       Data analysis and reporting capabilities

·       Self-motivated with ability to work independently
