Job Title: Corporate Manager – Empanelment

Department: Business Development / Corporate Relations
Reports To: Medical Director / MS
Location: Octavia Hospital, Varanasi

Job Summary:

The Corporate Manager (Empanelment) is responsible for identifying, initiating, and maintaining tie-ups with corporate organizations, insurance companies, TPAs, government bodies, and other healthcare panels to increase patient inflow and enhance hospital revenue through corporate and empanelment channels.

Key Responsibilities:Empanelment & Corporate Tie-Ups:

  • Identify and approach new corporate clients, insurance companies, and TPAs for hospital empanelment.
  • Prepare and submit necessary documentation, proposals, and presentations for empanelment.
  • Maintain regular communication and follow-up with existing corporate partners to strengthen relationships.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Billing, Finance, Medical, HR) for empanelment formalities and service deliverables.
  • Ensure timely renewal and compliance of all corporate and insurance agreements.

Revenue & Business Development:

  • Achieve monthly and annual targets through empanelment-based revenue generation.
  • Plan and execute strategies to increase the number of patients under empanelled organizations.
  • Analyze empanelment performance data and present periodic reports to management.

Coordination & Communication:

  • Act as the key liaison between hospital management and corporate clients.
  • Address and resolve corporate/insurance-related queries promptly and professionally.
  • Organize and conduct corporate health talks, camps, and promotional activities.

Documentation & Compliance:

  • Maintain updated records of all empanelled organizations and agreements.
  • Ensure all MoUs and contracts are reviewed and signed as per company policy.
  • Stay updated on IRDA, NABH, and other healthcare compliance requirements related to empanelments.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Graduate / Postgraduate in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 10 - 12 years of relevant experience in corporate tie-ups, insurance empanelment, or hospital business development.
  • Preferred Industry: Healthcare / Hospital / TPA / Insurance.

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Understanding of healthcare insurance policies and TPA processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines efficiently.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
