Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. Proven experience (2+ years) in data science or analytics roles . Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or mentor in data science is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of: Programming languages: Python (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, etc.), R (optional) Data visualization tools: Matplotlib, Seaborn, Power BI, Tableau (optional) Statistical and machine learning concepts Data wrangling, preprocessing, and exploratory data analysis SQL and databases Excellent communication and presentation skills . Ability to break down complex topics into easily understandable content. Experience with online teaching tools (Zoom, Google Meet, LMS platforms) and version control (Git/GitHub). Position Title: Corporate Manager Department: Business Development / Corporate Affairs Location: Visakhapatnam Reports To: General Manager / Managing Director Role Overview: The Corporate Manager will be responsible for leading the end-to-end process of identifying business opportunities, preparing high-quality proposals, managing tender submissions, and ensuring compliance with government, PSU, and corporate requirements. This role demands excellent coordination skills, knowledge of tendering procedures, and the ability to drive competitive, compliant, and compelling proposals to maximize win rates. Key Responsibilities: 1. Proposal & Bid Management Identify and track government, PSU, and corporate tender opportunities through portals, e-procurement platforms, and industry networks. Lead the preparation of Expressions of Interest (EOI), Requests for Proposals (RFP), and Requests for Quotations (RFQ). Develop high-quality technical and financial proposals, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with client requirements. Coordinate with internal departments (operations, finance, HR, legal, projects, training) to collate necessary data and inputs. Ensure timely submission of bids, maintaining error-free documentation. 2. Tender Process Management Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, terms & conditions, and scope of work. Prepare checklists and assign responsibilities to internal stakeholders for proposal support. Manage pre-bid queries, clarifications, and communications with tendering authorities. Maintain repository of supporting documents (registrations, certifications, approvals, work orders, MoUs). Monitor and update tender status, results, and feedback for continuous improvement. 3. Business Development & Strategy Support Work with senior management to design winning strategies for proposals and cost competitiveness. Conduct market research on competitor bids, pricing, and positioning. Build and maintain relationships with government departments, industry bodies, and corporate clients. Support CSR, skill development, and capacity building project proposals. 4. Documentation & Compliance Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements in proposals and contracts. Maintain updated records of company registrations, empanelments, and certifications. Ensure confidentiality and security of all proposal-related information. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Graduate/Post Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or relevant field. Experience: 3 - 6 years of experience in proposal/bid/tender management (preferably in education, skilling, IT, consulting). Technical Skills: 1. Strong knowledge of tendering processes (GeM, CPPP, State/PSU portals). 2. Excellent command over MS Office, Google Workspace, and documentation tools. 3. Understanding of government schemes, CSR projects, and development sector proposals. Soft Skills: 1. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. 2. Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines. 3. Leadership, team coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Number of tenders identified, prepared, and submitted per quarter. Proposal win rate (%). Timeliness and compliance of submissions.
