Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee corporate finance activities including

    budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

    .
  • Manage

    investor reporting

    , ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with investor requirements.
  • Develop and maintain

    financial models

    to support fundraising, portfolio monitoring, and strategic decision-making.
  • Provide

    strategic support

    to senior leadership on capital allocation, M&A opportunities, and business expansion plans.
  • Oversee and mentor the finance team, driving efficiency, accuracy, and professional growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline reporting and finance processes.
  • Utilize

    Salesforce

    for financial reporting, investor communication, and data management (preferred).

Requirements

  • 6–10 years of relevant experience

    in corporate finance, with strong team management exposure.
  • Mandatory:

    Prior experience in

    Private Equity

    (corporate finance / investor reporting / portfolio management).
  • Strong expertise in

    financial modeling, valuation, and strategic analysis

    .
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce preferred.
