Corporate Finance Manager

Role Overview: As a Manager in Corporate Finance, your role will involve leading and overseeing various corporate finance activities such as budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. You will be responsible for managing investor reporting to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with investor requirements. Additionally, you will develop and maintain financial models to support fundraising, portfolio monitoring, and strategic decision-making. Providing strategic support to senior leadership on capital allocation, M&A opportunities, and business expansion plans will also be part of your responsibilities. Moreover, you will oversee and mentor the finance team to drive efficiency, accuracy, and professional growth. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to streamline reporting and finance processes will be essential, and proficiency in utilizing Salesforce for financial reporting, investor communication, and data management is preferred. Qualification Required: - 6-10 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, with strong team management exposure. - Mandatory: Prior experience in Private Equity (corporate finance / investor reporting / portfolio management). - Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and strategic analysis. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Proficiency in Salesforce preferred.,
