Join us in revolutionizing healthcare one click at a time. Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Corporate Sales Representative to join our growing private company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new corporate clients, maintaining strong relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic B2B sales. This role involves a mix of fieldwork, client meetings, and coordination with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to business customers. Key Responsibilities: Identify, approach, and acquire new corporate clients in targeted industries or regions. Identify, qualify, and pursue new B2B sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and inbound leads. Build and manage a pipeline of prospective business clients and maintain detailed records in the CRM system. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in client organizations. Conduct detailed needs analysis and present appropriate product/service solutions. Deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to clients. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in alignment with company policies. Follow up with leads and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop customized offerings and sales materials. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deals using CRM software. Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs. Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments. Qualifications: Master's degree in Business, Marketing, MBA or a related field preferred 4–8 years of experience in B2B or corporate sales; prior experience in a private company setting is a plus. Demonstrated success in prospecting, sales presentations, negotiation, and closing deals. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport with professionals at all levels of an organization. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM). Ability to travel locally or regionally as needed.
