What You’ll Do:

• Social Media Management

• Own NUUK’s voice across platforms: Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and explore new spaces like Reddit and Pinterest. 
• Plan and post engaging, design-first content that feels premium yet relatable.
• Build and nurture NUUK’s online community through meaningful interactions.
• Use analytics and insights to continuously refine strategy and performance.
• Explore new growth opportunities, from platform-specific monetization to audience expansion experiments.

• Campaigns & Content Creation

• Work with creative, design, and brand teams to launch high-impact campaigns that feel culturally relevant and distinctly NUUK.
• Strategize and create monthly social media calendars that balance storytelling, trends, and product moments.
• Spot what’s trending before it peaks and find fresh, NUUK-worthy ways to participate.
• Think like a documentarian - capture real stories, product moments, and behind-the-scenes content that show NUUK’s personality.

• Thought Leadership & Founder Profiles

• Drive NUUK’s thought leadership narrative on LinkedIn - from brand-building to design innovation.
• Work closely with founders to shape their personal brand and online presence through POV posts, articles, and culture-led commentary.
• Collaborate on storytelling that positions NUUK as a design-first brand shaping “New India.”
